So here's another batch of Inktober sketches. Because I pretty much killed myself again this year churning out a new thing every day for 31 days and I'm getting all the mileage out of it that I can.
Here are are days 12, 13, 14 and 15: Egon Schiele, Harry Dean Stanton in Repo Man, Tilda Swinton sucking an ice lolly made from frozen blood in Only Lovers Left Alive and Rose McGowan.
I was trying to experiment and mix things up slightly this year (very slightly, they're all still headshots of famous people) so I've been trying out this smudgy inky style, the Egon Schiele has a half-hearted attempt at mimicking his way of drawing, Tilda Swinton was drawn with a Pentel brush pen while absolutely out of my mind on vodka at 3am, I was trying some sort of cross-hatching thing with the Harry Dean Stanton, and Rose McGowan was done on the day I smashed my leg up on a canal barge and couldn't stand up. So the quality is a bit all over the place, but it was all kinds of fun.
