So, it's been a while since I've seen a TV show that I've liked as much as Mr. Robot. It may have had something to do with the fact that I watched it in a couple of marathon sessions while nursing some deep dark December hangovers, but it probably has more to do with the fact that it has an awesome soundtrack, it's shot like a horror movie, it has great performances, it's filled with massive twists that seem planned and not thrown in for the Hell of it and it has a nice F Society message at its core that its completely committed to.
It's worth it for Rami Malick's central performance on its own - he's like a wide-eyed gecko that can't decide if its taken Quaaludes or amphetamines.
And it has the added bonus of being liked by lots of people, so I'm not constantly on edge regarding its future.
To celebrate - I made a retro modernist poster. Which I was big into doing a little while back. Although I don't think I was quite as thorough about capturing the
look this time around - I just threw in some angles and a bit of cut-out
lettering. And I might have gone a bit overboard on the digital colouring. But in any case, there it is above.
