So, I'm not saying that I've been been posting a weekly update on this blog for three and a half years and it's become a chore. I'm not saying that it feels kind of pointless when I look at the visitor numbers. I'm not saying that it's slow and unwieldy when compared to the instantaneous gratification of social media. I'm not saying that I started it in order to drill some discipline into myself after finishing my MA and its already done its job. I'm not saying that I moved house this week and the exhaust fell off my car and this seems like a colossal waste of time. I'm not saying any of that!
