I have a couple of projects I'm in the middle of at the minute so here's a personalised Marvel poster commission I did a few week's back for a colleague's first wedding anniversary. She has Thor's Hammer Mjolnir and her husband has on the Mark 42 Iron Man Armor (they didn't specify the Mark 42 specifically, but I thought it was important to be precise). That's the Clifton Suspension Bridge in the background.
I hear that the traditional gift for the first year is paper, but I guess this would have been appropriate for the sixth year (iron) or - if you want to get pedantic - the one-hundred-and-seventh year (gold-titanium alloy).
Anyway, I love doing commissions because I'm a gigantic egomaniac and I think of my art as like poisonous spores spreading outwards through people's homes and colonizing the world hallway by hallway...
